How VillaAudit collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you browse Dealroom, purchase Strategy, or request advisory support.

We collect only what we need to deliver our services and communicate with you. We do not sell personal data and we do not share your information with property developers, agents, or brokers for their marketing.

1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use VillaAudit, we may collect:
- Name and email address
- WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, or other contact details you voluntarily provide
- Strategy discovery responses — goals, timeline, capital range, lifestyle preferences, and market interests
- Property links, documents, photos, and messages you send for evaluation or rental enquiries
- Payment-related identifiers processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
- Basic website usage data — pages visited, device/browser type, and approximate location from IP or analytics
- Cookies and similar technologies as described below
2. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Deliver Strategy, Dealroom access, advisory work, and rental enquiry handling
- Communicate about your purchase, delivery, or request
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and services
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse

We do not:

3. Dealroom & rental enquiries
When you browse Dealroom, we may log general usage data. When you contact us about a rental or project, we use the details you submit to respond and coordinate with relevant parties only as needed to handle your enquiry.
Submitting a rental enquiry does not create a brokerage relationship. We do not pass your contact details to developers or agents for unrelated marketing.
4. Data storage & protection
Your data may be stored and processed using services such as:
- Notion — client records, project data, and internal workflows
- Google — email and analytics infrastructure
- Stripe — payment processing
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that operate our website
We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive credentials through unsecured channels.

We use third-party services for functions such as:
- Form submission and intake processing
- Payment checkout and receipt handling

These providers process data according to their own policies and our instructions where applicable. We choose reputable vendors and limit shared data to what is necessary for each function.
